I ended my work day craving Chili’s, or Buffalo Wild Wings, or really anything that wasn’t home-cooked. It didn’t matter that we had already purchased ingredients and thawed chicken for a delicious and healthy stir-fry and brown rice. And normally I cave into these cravings.
But I distracted myself with a few bursts of being productive with projects and finally convinced myself cooking dinner would be nice.
It helped that I had some delicious shrimp sauce on hand to spice up the meal, too. If this is any indicator that I have more willpower than expected for my spending diet, I just might be good to go!
